All items are shipped directly from Melbourne, Australia. We use Australia Post's Express Shipping Service, so that you receive your items ASAP. We currently do not ship Internationally.

*Due to the pandemic, the Australia Post Express Post Guarantee is currently unable to provide next day guaranteed. This service still remains the fastest delivery option.
Express Post is trackable. You will be notified when your item is dispatched, including your tracking number.
If your parcel is lost or damaged by Australia Post you may be compensated up to $100 only. Unfortunately MAD & DARLING have no control or responsibility of your item once in transit. If your order is valued over $100 and you would like to purchase extra cover, please contact us prior to purchase.
Free Local Pickup: We are happy to offer you contact free collection. The usual 24 - 48hrs* turnaround will usually still apply. Collection will be from a secure Edithvale (Melbourne) address. Pick up location will be supplied when your order is ready for collection.
